Questions buyers ask

Who registers the products in my country?

Product registration or notification is usually done by the importer in your country. We provide the documents that the brand or manufacturer supplies, such as INCI ingredient lists, test reports and manufacturing certificates.

Is there a minimum order?

For brand supply, we can start with small test orders. For private label, the minimum depends on the manufacturer and the product, and is shown on the quote.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer (T/T) in US dollars. Brand supply orders are paid in advance. Private label projects are usually paid as a deposit at order and the balance before shipment.

What about shelf life?

We check manufacturing dates before shipment so the products arrive with enough shelf life for registration and sale.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Samples can be arranged before you order. The buyer covers the cost of samples and shipping.

Which countries do you work with?

We export worldwide, including Latin America, Southeast Asia, the CIS region and Africa. Tell us your country and we will check the requirements together.
